Warranty Service

ProSoft offers a 12-month Service Agreement under the name of ProSoft Standard Warranty. This Service Agreement will take effect immediately upon the delivery of the contracted devices to ProSoft’s customers.

ProSoft warrants the products to:

  • Be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery to the Buyer;

  • Conform with ProSoft’s specifications in the proforma invoice. Once the products are sold, ProSoft has no obligation to modify or update them. ProSoft’s responsibility for defective products shall be limited to repairing or replacing (at ProSoft’s sole discretion) the defective product free of charge if ProSoft determines the product failed due to defects in material and workmanship. The Buyer is responsible for shipment to ProSoft and bears all costs and risks associated with this transportation; ProSoft is responsible for return shipment fees to the Buyer. If ProSoft determines there is no defect (“No Defect Found”) or if the product is not qualified for warranty repair, ProSoft shall charge the Buyer for return shipment and a minimum repair fee.

In this warranty, Repair refers to the repair or adjustment of the product to remedy the defect defined by this warranty and reinstate the product to normal operating condition. Replace means ProSoft replaces the product with the same construction or equivalent of the original one. Any replaced part or product shall belong to ProSoft, and the replacement part or product shall belong to the Buyer. However, repair and/or replacement of a product shall not extend the original applicable warranty period. The Buyer may be required to provide ProSoft with evidence of the date a product was delivered and the original contract was signed with ProSoft.
